Terms of service

Terms of service

In force as of 12 September 2026. These terms govern the use of chrome-audio.com. The terms that apply to purchases are set out in the terms and conditions of sale.

Article 1 — Acceptance

Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website is published by a sole proprietorship operating under the trade name Chromé, SIRET 927 511 311 00023. Full details are given in the legal notice.

Article 2 — Access to the website

The website is free to access. Costs of accessing and using the telecommunications network remain your responsibility.

We strive to keep the website available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or any technical reason, without giving rise to any compensation.

Article 3 — Customer account

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or delete an account in the event of clearly false information or use contrary to these terms.

Article 4 — Authorised use

The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. In particular, you may not:

  • extract, copy or reuse the website's content by automated means, including any scraping or data-extraction robot;
  • attempt to access our systems without authorisation, disrupt their operation or bypass their security measures;
  • publish, through a form or a review, any unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of a third party;
  • impersonate another person or a representative of Chromé;
  • use the website for canvassing, advertising or fraud.

Article 5 — Content you publish

If you send us a review, a photo or any other content, you guarantee that you hold the rights to it and grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to reproduce it on our communication channels, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

We may refuse or remove any content that is clearly unlawful or contrary to these terms. We never publish fictitious reviews and never change the meaning of a review we receive.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logo, brand and visual identity of the website are protected. No licence or right of use is granted to you beyond simply browsing the website. Any reproduction or representation without prior written permission is prohibited.

Article 7 — Accuracy of information

We take great care with the information we publish. Errors or omissions are nevertheless possible: an obvious pricing or description error cannot bind us, and we would inform you before fulfilling any order, with the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

Article 8 — External links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, in particular social networks. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.

Article 9 — Liability

We are liable under the conditions provided for by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law, in particular the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, nor our liability in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

It is your responsibility to protect your equipment against the risks associated with using the internet.

Article 10 — Personal data and cookies

The processing of your data and the use of cookies are described in the privacy policy.

Article 11 — Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your visit. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform visitors by appropriate means.

Article 12 — Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
