30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind, no explanation needed.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt — our commercial guarantee extends this to 30 days.

Conditions: the product must be returned in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, worn earbuds can only be returned under the guarantee (defect or failure).

Procedure: contact us via the Contact page with your order number; we will provide you with the return address. Refund within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

Defective product: return covered, exchange or full refund including shipping costs. The legal guarantees of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects apply.
