Shipping policy

Free shipping to France (including overseas territories) and the whole European Union, with no minimum purchase.

Other countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada…): shipping costs €9.90. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country; they are paid by the recipient.

Shipping: your order leaves France within 24 business hours, via La Poste. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping): mainland France: 2 to 4 business days. Overseas territories and European Union: 4 to 8 business days. Other countries: 5 to 12 business days. These times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping confirmation: you receive an email as soon as your order ships. When your shipment has a tracking number, it is included in that email (see also the Order tracking page).

Lost or damaged parcel: if your parcel doesn't arrive within the stated times or arrives damaged, contact us: we will send the product again or refund you in full.
