Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Legal right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty.
When an order contains several products delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last product.
Commercial guarantee — 30 days
Beyond the legal period, we voluntarily extend this option to thirty days from receipt. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.
How to exercise your right
Write to us at contact@chrome-audio.com with your order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory: any unambiguous statement is enough.
We reply within three business days with the return address and instructions.
Returning the product
The product must be returned within fourteen days of your withdrawal statement, complete and in a condition allowing it to be resold. You may open the packaging and try the product: only handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics may make you liable.
Return costs: we cover them. We provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refund
We refund all amounts paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one offered, we only refund the cost of the standard method.
Defective or non-conforming product
If the product received is damaged, defective or does not match your order, write to us with a photo. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects for two years from discovery of the defect. In that case, repair, replacement or refund is free of charge for you, return costs included.
Order not received
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated times, contact us: we open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, we send the product again or refund you.

Send it to us by email, only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
