Your data is shared only with our processors, strictly as needed for their task: Shopify for website hosting and order management, payment providers for payment, carriers for delivery, and our email tool for the newsletter. We never sell or rent your personal data.
If you consent through the cookie banner, we use the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant ads. The data transmitted (pages viewed, add-to-carts, purchases, technical identifiers) may be processed outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our processors may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the website to work — cart, session, security — are set without consent. Audience measurement and ad personalisation cookies are only set with your agreement, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. They last no longer than thirteen months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@chrome-audio.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr, or with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection, restricted access, hosting with a certified provider. As no system is infallible, we advise you never to send us sensitive information through an unsecured channel.
Minors
The website is not intended for people under fifteen and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are the legal guardian of a minor whose data has been sent to us, write to us to request its deletion.
