Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments, all European Union countries, and the other countries offered at checkout (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada…).

Delivery costs
- Mainland France and overseas departments: free, from 1 pair
- European Union: free, from 1 pair
- Other countries: €9.90
Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout, with no code to enter. Any costs are always shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery times
Shipping: your order leaves France within 24 business hours, via La Poste. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the next business day.
Transit (after shipping): 2 to 4 business days in mainland France, 4 to 8 business days in the overseas territories and the European Union, 5 to 12 business days for other countries.
These times are indicative and depend on the carrier. In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake in any event to deliver within a maximum of thirty days from conclusion of the contract.

Shipping confirmation
You receive an email as soon as your order ships. When the shipment has a tracking number, it is included in that email. If you don't receive anything, check your spam folder and then write to us at contact@chrome-audio.com.

Incorrect address
Please check your address before confirming. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to ship it again; the shipping costs for this second shipment are payable by you.

Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and write to us as soon as possible. If your parcel doesn't arrive within the stated times, contact us: we will send the product again or refund you. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the product.

Customs and taxes
Mainland France and European Union: no customs duties or import fees.
French overseas departments and countries outside the European Union: customs duties, import taxes (local VAT, dock dues) or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
